Hemal studied architecture at Iowa State University graduating in 1998 with a Master of Architecture degree. His architectural experience includes design, systems coordination and management in all aspects of project delivery process for several projects throughout Mid West, Florida, Texas & South Carolina.

With over 15 years of architectural experience, Hemal has built his career managing and coordinating many types of architectural design projects including mixed-use, commercial, retail, senior living communities and multi-family projects. His knowledge includes working within specific timeframes and budgets, ranging from under one million to over $42 million across the spetrum of his work.

Hemal has also successfully developed structural & M/E/P/FP systems coordination processes, and has extensive code analysis experience.
