Derek received a diploma in architectural drafting from Kirkwood Community College in 1985 and has worked in the residential design arena for over 21 years. In 2005, Derek became a Professional Building Designer (PBD) through The American Institute of Building Designers and continues to specialize in quality home and building design.

Derek has been with Fusion since its inception and works closely with both the designers and architect to lead each project from the early meeting stages of design through the final project completion. His attention to detail, coupled with over 20 years of experience, ensures our clients that they are in excellent hands throughout the process.

Derek's experience includes work on projects across the community sector including multi-family apartment complexes, commercial office parks, master planning and historical preservation.
